Hallo ihr Lieben,

ich hätt' da 'mal 'ne Frage:

Wie kann man erkennen, ob die Gedanken und Gefühle, die z. B. beim Lesen der Beiträge in diesem Forum, beim Üben der Lektionen oder beim Meditieren etc. vom HG kommen, oder ob sie vom Ego diktiert und ausgelöst werden?
Ich bin mir nie sicher und erlaube mir selten bis nicht, ein gutes Gefühl zu haben oder mich zu freuen, wenn ich glaube, etwas im Zusammenhang mit "der Welt" verstanden zu haben.
