Am ruhenden Punkt der sich drehenden Welt.
Weder Fleisch noch fleischlos;
Weder woher noch wohin;
am Ruhepunkt, dort ist der Tanz,
Aber weder Verharren noch Bewegung.
Und nenn es nicht Stillstand,
Wo Vergangenheit und Zukunft vereint sind.
Weder Fortgehn noch Hingehn,
Weder Aufsteigen noch Absteigen.
Wäre der Punkt nicht, der ruhende Punkt,
So wäre der Tanz nicht – und es gibt nichts als den Tanz.
Ich kann nur sagen, dort waren wir: doch ich kann nicht sagen wo.
