Danke, danke für eure Antworten:

Stimmt, auch die Lektion 100 ist sehr passend.

Speziell auch „Warum der Gottessohn lächelt“.
Mit einem Lächeln auf den Lippen im Bett, einem Lächeln IM Geist,
oder müsste es heißen, mit einem Lächeln ZUM Heiligen Geist.
Irgendwie fühlt es sich bei mir besser an, wenn ich den Heiligen Geist außerhalb fühle.
Bleibe ich bei mir im Inneren, im Körper, schnappt viel eher wieder der gewöhnliche Gedankenkreislauf zu.
Wie erlebt ihr dies?


Ich möchte dennoch mal die Situation im Bett selber ansprechen.
Die Einstimmung auf den Schlaf.
Betet ihr vor dem Schlaf, oder benutzt ihr ein Wort zum Übergang in den Schlaf?
Wie zum Beispiel: "Frieden".
