Die Angst vorm Schlaf.

Ich habe hier mal eine Zwischenfrage!

Ab morgen bin ich für ein paar Tage auf Geschäftsreise. Stets vor solchen Anlässen hat mein Ego, wie auch heute, mich so im Griff, dass ich ein paar Tage vorher und dann auch während des Aufenthalts schlecht schlafe.

Es muss dem Ego eine Gedankenkette dazu dienen, die ich irgendwie nicht durchschauen kann. Die ich nicht alleine abschalten kann.

Wie könnte hier ein HG-Mittel als Einleitung in eine angenehme Nachtruhe wirken.

Hat jemand einen Ratschlag dazu.
