Angst kann ein gutes Korsett sein und es fühlt sich sehr fremd an, ohne "Halt", ohne alte Gewohnheit.

Und hat man alte, bekannte Ängste erkannt (sie überhaupt erst mal zu erkennen ist ja schon eine Kunst, denn sie kommen in diversen Verkleidungen, diese "Ängste") und "geopfert", so erstarken neue Ängstelchens in neuen Gewändern. Bis auch sie verabschiedet sind... es ist ein Prozess, der immer leichter wird.

Was kommt, wenn man die Angst verabschiedet ist keine Leere, es ist die reine Freude! (Freude - oder Liebe, oder beides). Ist jedenfalls bei mir so.

Und ich freue mich immer wieder, solche guten Nachrichten aus dem Kurs zu lesen. Macht Laune, dranzubleiben und weiter zu lernen!
