es kam eins zum anderen, während meiner gestrigen Übung: "Gott ist die Liebe, in der ich vergebe."
Dabei dachte ich auch an viele vergangene Situationen.
Am Abend habe ich mir dann meine Tagebücher vorgenommen und stellte fest, dass sie geradezu aus ganzen Sammlungen von vergebungswürdigen Material bestanden. Ich konnte deutlich erkennen, dass sie einerseits eine Suche nach mir und andererseits Phantasien über mein Leben waren. Mit Wahrheit hatte das alles tatsächlich nichts zu tun.
So fing ich an zu lesen und zu vergeben, zu lesen und zu vergeben, stundenlang.
Heute morgen habe ich die, die ich durchgearbeitet hatte, im Garten verbrannt.
Ich habe es immer vermieden diese Tagebücher zu lesen, weil sie für mich eine Beschreibung meiner unglücklichen Geschichte darstellten.
Gestern habe ich gesehen, dass sie eine Geschichte meiner unzähligen Illusionen waren.
Es tut gut sie loszulassen.
