Falls man auf seinen Userseiten eingestellt hat, E-Mail Benachrichtigungen bei Antworten zu erhalten (unter Optionen ändern), wird bei Antworten und Beiträgen immer das Kästchen für E-Mails angekreuzt. Was zur Folge hat, dass dann ab und an mal eine Mail reinrauscht. Die man dann irgendwann gar nicht mehr haben will.

Welche Themen und Foren abonniert sind und Mails erzeugen, kann man unter Abonnierte Themen und Abonnierte Foren auf den Benutzerseiten überprüfen - und dort auch ggf. ändern, d.h. die Abonnements löschen.

Ich glaub bei mir richten sich Abos von alleine ein, eben wieder einen Haufen Abos auf Themen gelöscht. Wann immer ich in einem Thema antworte, scheint sich ein Abo herzustellen.

Dann schalte mal auf deinen Userseiten unter "Optionen ändern" die Option "E-Mail-Benachrichtigung bei neuen Antworten." aus.
