Hoffe mal, meine Statements haben nicht diesen Eindruck hinterlassen.

Eigentlich gehts mir nur darum, die Etiketten zu lösen, die wir uns selbst aufkleben:

Ich bin Hannes.
Ich bin männlich.
Ich bin Vater von xy Kindern.
Ich bin Ex-Ehemann von ... .
Ich bin dick.
Ich habe Depressionen.

Nichts davon bin ich. Nichts davon, wenn du eine Liste für dich aufstellst, liebe Pauline, bist du. Jede dieser Aussagen ist ein Urteil über uns selbst. "Ich habe Depressionen" ist ein Urteil (das mit den Schwächlingen und den Helden findet sich eher im Rattenschwanz dieses Urteils). Ein Selbsturteil, gegen das der Richter selten eine Revision zulässt, von Gnadengesuchen ganz zu schweigen. Lässt sich aber auch auf alle anderen "Krankheiten" sinngemäß anwenden.

Wir entscheiden uns für unsere Krankheiten und reagieren unglaublich biestig, wenn eine Stimme von irgendwoher bestreitet, dass "uns das angetan" wurde.
