... danke für die begrüßung Smile

erstmal schön zu hören, dass ich damit nicht alleine bin.

was mir einfach nur zu "schaffen" macht ist die tatsache warum fällt es mir so schwer... was vermeide ich damit... oder anderst, ist es die angst vorm aufwachen... ???

inzwischen bin ich ja schon froh wenn ich es schaffe mich zu "zwingen" die übung wirklich wie sie gedacht ist durchzuführen und mich nicht mehr ablenken lasse und es einfach nur kurz mache und dann zum nächsten übergehe... aber kann dass der weg sein... ??? warum braucht es soviel energie und aufmerksamkeit es wirklich zu wollen...

manchmal kommen soviele "erkenntnisse", beim alleinigen durchlesen.. aber dann die übung konsequent zu machen da fehlt die lust... und dann fange ich am nächsten tag wieder damit an und versuche mich zu "belügen" dass ich lieber an 3 tagen die gleiche übung einmal mache anstatt an einem tag sie richtig....

aber ich habe keine ahnung warum ich das so tue....

meint ihr es ist wirklich "nur" dass ego???
